About our company;
Heather and I (Van), started a small company because of the need for better customer service and reliability. How many times have you made a call to a service company and are told they will be there at a certain time, then you're having to wait most of the day for them to arrive, if at all? Well, our company strives on being punctual, communicative, and friendly. To us, the customer's needs are what is most important. If there is a pest problem, we would love the opportunity to fix it.
Heather is certified by the State of Oregon to buy, handle, and treat commercial / residential properties. Her goal is to apply product how it is intended to be used and answer any questions the customer might have for better understanding. Her work experience as management in the pest extermination field and other industries, has helped her to be more compassionate and understanding. She has identified many issues not being addressed by other similar companies.
I, on the other hand, had been working in management positions in large companies for many years. I know how it felt to be lost in the vastness of employees and over looked for promotions or not shown any appreciation. It was all about the numbers and less about customer and employee satisfaction, or a quality product. I feel the small town respect and attention to detail is missing in todays big budget corporations.
